Homara – Shop Policies

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed.
