We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging included.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
